Authored and streamlined the Seamless Cargo Movements between DWC and DXB, Joe is also author and coordinator of standard operating procedures (SOP's) for cargo movements between the various ports and free zones within the UAE. Among the Dubai team of DP World, dnata, DWC and Dubai Airports who mainstreamed the facilitation of the implementation of the first ever Multi-Modal Cargo Operation in Dubai.
Joe streamlined the security processes for various cargo types and coordinated the necessary approvals from UAE Authorities including the development of processes to move military/special cargo along the UAE Roads and across the newly established Dubai Logistics Corridor. A Corridor designed for Air-Air movements along over 45 KM road-connecting Dubai's two major airports.

Lawrence has 25 years of healthcare supply chain experience starting with the 1,500-bed Singapore General Hospital as a Procurement Officer in 1989. In 1990, he joined the Mount Elizabeth Hospital group under Tenet Healthcare USA, as the Materials Management Manager and was stationed at East Shore Hospital. He was the Operations Manager for Materials Management overseeing the 3 hospitals namely East Shore Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Hospital & Gleneagles Hospital under Parkway Healthcare Group in 1993.
In 1996, Lawrence left Parkway Healthcare and started his own consultancy company, Healthcare Logistics Services, in Singapore and has completed various hospital and clinic projects in Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia and the Philippines. From 2000 to 2009, Lawrence was hired as the Director of Materials Management at Bumrungrad International Hospital in Bangkok. In 2005, he was promoted to the position of Group Director of Materials Resource, overseeing the other hospitals that Bumrungrad International was managing outside of Thailand.
Lawrence left Bumrungrad International Hospital at the end of 2009 and started Healthcare Logistics Asia in Thailand. Projects under the flagship company included a green-field project to build a medical center in downtown Bangkok; provided consultancy services to a stationery manufacturing company; proposed ERP / HIS solutions to a group of private hospitals in Myanmar; provided medical equipment sourcing and supply to Myanmar; introduced Supply Chain solutions to Al Rahba Hospital in Abu Dhabi; set up a Group Purchasing company for a private hospital in Cairo and recently served as a Supply Chain consultant of the operational activation team for the new Al Mafraq Hospital in Abu Dhabi and for a private hospital in Shanghai, China; provides Supply Chain consultancy services to clients of GuidePoint Global (USA) and CognoLink (Hong Kong). Lawrence is now the Senior Director for Supply Chain at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.
